I'm sure there's some academic work on this somewhere - but there's a reason there's a social process of moving from friend at work to friend outside of work AND that that bridge is fairly hard to cross. Maybe its something to do with capitalism's base in exploitation... anyway, agree.

Staring down the barrel of a project I've been on a few years now. Wondering how its ever getting done given how much there is to do, and how little impetus there is to do it.

After this slew of long term projects are done, I may only commit to short form for a few years. This is grueling today.
