Irrespective of the vote today on assisted dying we MUST do more to improve access and investment in supportive and palliative care. It is outrageous that hospices are so dependent on charity

Probably depends on the threshold that’s set. I suspect that a more generous threshold might have less of an impact on family farms and still effectively target those who have bought farming land as a tax avoidance scheme (Dyson et al.)
