I'll do 24g caffienated (2x 12g pour overs) and 12-24g decaf

I tend to water down my pour overs since I don't actually like the super high extraction.

Had an interesting discussion about how 'safe' is an impossible promise. There is always harm possible in any meaningful human interaction. You may build a system a million times safer than an existing process. But one person experiences harm and that promise of safety is seen as a blatant lie.

- Dynamic mask clouds based on "cloud cover" parameter
- High up stylized cirrus clouds to create direction\interest
