Ik ben ook wel heel benieuwd waarom het kolengebruik vanaf 2015 tot 2020 zo afnam maar daarna niet meer.
Dat water moet wel eerst verwarmd worden voordat het warmte af kan geven. Kost dus tijd. Als mensen hun lucht-lucht airco eerder aanzetten wordt niet alleen de lucht verwarmd, maar ook het huis zelf. En dat helpt op dezelfde manier het huis warm te houden als water in leidingen. Prima toch?!
Beetje jammer en gemakkelijk om boomers de schuld te geven. Als boomer zijnde ben ik een stuk vooruitstrevender bezig met de transitie dan menig jonger persoon die ik ken.

Toch nog wel een positief aspect: omdat wij de ondiepe Noordzee voor de deur hebben is windenergie voordeliger dan in vele andere landen. Dus op momenten dat zonnepanelen weinig (winter) of niets ('s nachts) opleveren hebben wij heel vaak nog wel elektriciteit uit wind. Dus minder te overbruggen

Dus onze buren betalen geen enkele compensatie voor de investeringen die hiervoor nodig waren? Bouw van de centrales, netwerkkosten, bouw van Windnetwerk op Zee etc?
Dan begrijp ik dat ze graag heel veel van ons importeren, en wij alleen al voor hen veel kosten moeten maken.
Ik vind het triest dat de regering de situatie heeft laten gebeuren dat we blij moeten zijn met onze kolencentrales. Zeker zo kort na de gascrisis vind ik dat absurd. Nauwelijks iets geleerd blijkbaar. Laten ze met maatregelen komen dat er nooit meer zo'n situatie kan ontstaan.
Ik weet niet of "indigestie" bewust was, maar ik vind hem wel mooi 😉

60% lijkt mij inderdaad wat pessimistisch. Vóór 2030 komen er als het goed is vier windparken op zee bij. En er komen batterijen bij waardoor er in principe minder afgeschakeld zal oefent te worden.
De handelaren willen dit.
Die wekken een deel hun eigen elektriciteit op met zonnepanelen. En de rest van de elektriciteit die ze nodig hebben komt voor meer dan 50% uit renewables. Dus die woningen zijn in ieder geval al een heel eind op weg
