Ultimately i just felt like venting cause my parents forever will just think art won’t get you anywhere and i so desperately want to prove them wrong otherwise. At the end of it all it is and always will be a hobby for me overall vs as an actual job.

Not to say i am not grateful for the folks who do comm me but for them its a lot more frequent and i lowkey missed when my ychs would almost always sell. Now i barely can sell anything anymore which i get it, economy right now is tanking, everyone struggling no thanks to trump but it hurts to know.

Ngl a little envious of a friend who has this single client who always pays them fat stacks of cash ☠️ its the same single client. If i had that as my client id have all my goals in life achieved. Like starting my own farm for instance and finally proving to my parents that my art CAN get me places.
