Oh PS about the pickle thing: I pick up the pickle seasoning at Trader Joe's. And IIRC, 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1 TBSP of seasoning (and some black pepper), let it sit about 20 minutes, re-stir - awesome pickle dip!

I sorta feel like there's no authentic ranch anymore. It's just a bunch of herbs thrown together. Even Hidden Valley dressing tastes so sour these days. It never tasted like that 25 years ago.

Woke up to no snow, but sunshine, and a mere 6ºF. We have so much leftover snow, although the last big system to move through - we were on the outer fringe so we got 4-5" only. Lower areas got 3-4x that much.
