Checking into doctor’s office and they say “sign on the signature pad” I asked to see what I’m signing and they got visibly aggravated.

IANAL but how could that signature have any legal force whatsoever when it’s not attached to anything

It’s a cool word for sure, but not one you’re going to start dropping into conversation.

My dictionary says “usage: archaic” so one could argue that it’s not a great Spelling Bee pangram…
