Hey! So, to create an Alien right from CAS, you have to enter the lengthy “boolprop testingcheatsenabled true” in Neighborhood screen.

Then, after entering CAS, you can enable Debug mode by clicking on Shift+N. Next to the skin range, you'll see a star where you'll have the alien skintone.
