The last long weekend of summer and I'm starting it feeling excessively overstimulated.

I'm about to dig this eye out with a spork if this twitch doesn't stop. In other news, 6 days until school starts.

I feel like this has been me since my mom passed away in November. Struggling to find myself again, now that the two people who knew me the longest are both gone.

The grief on birthdays, anniversaries and dates with special significance-that's expected. It's those random times, when it just suddenly hits you, when it becomes an overwhelming wave of sadness.
