The only thing I can say that I'm proud of: I didn't do anything impulsive because of these thoughts. That's a plus. I've also been learning to monitor my thoughts and feelings, kinda keeping them on mute and thinking through things. It's a lot of work, but healing feels good.

Since I feel like I can come on here and rant. Having BPD SUCKS... IT REALLY SUCKS... Like... My new favorite person caused me to downward spiral again. Not because of anything they had done, but just... my thoughts telling me they hate me. Man.... I wish therapy was more affordable...
