I agree. I received better customer service from Ghost.org (yes, its a nonprofit tech co) than I have from almost any other enterprise, ever. Ritz Carlton level service. And the stuff works. It's easy. The resources are great. No need to sit next to Nazis. What's not to love?

I had a #Costco membership even when I lived in a studio apt. Some things aren’t so bulky to store. Others I’d split with neighbors by pre-planned purchases. I find the membership pays for itself in a couple months or less, esp. with some pizza lunches for $2/slice, travel svc., etc.
