I could initially only see the card as an output and not input. But jackD could see it. So I figured maybe pipewire would work instead pulseaudio. This is when I nuked my windowmanager by mistake. When uninstalling pulseaudio some cinnamon dependencies apparently got removed.

Got my hands on a iConnectAUDIO4+ usb soundcard. Long story short. I have seen that lots of people have had issues getting them to work on Linux, I too didn’t get it to work initially.

First of all, that’s really cool and visually interesting. Secondly, how does the manufacturing process for that look? Do you have like a vector image like .svg that’s separated into indexed segments and each piece is engraved separately, is it engraved as one piece on a ginormous and then cut?

The best thing I built for my workshop is not any cabinets or miter station. It’s the 2,5 m x 1,2 m workbench table on lockable wheels. That has an easily changeable table top. #workshop #woodworking
