There’s probably a slight chance I will eat your face. Hi I'm Jethro, I use they/them. I like space and art and typography and the funny creatures. I may be some of those things.

These are wonderful and capture the aura of these places so well, especially the Astoria Bridge. Out of curiosity, is the one in the desert the Crooked River Railroad Bridge? It looks very similar, and I've been lucky enough to pass by it a few times throughout my life.

I always liked how that particular Solaris poster was more symbolic and representative of the spirit of the film than literal. It’s also absolutely gorgeous.

Incredible!!! I love the rim lighting, poses, and perspectives on this piece. There's a strong mood here. Who will win...?

Roya, an anthropomorphic theropod (my sona), gripping onto the side of a cliff or something with their legs swinging, viewed from the front. They're wearing pretty casual clothing, just a sweater and some shorts, they were extremely NOT prepared for this. There's an expression of concentration and surprise in their face.

Actually serious climbing pose study

I definitely would like a better camera for doing this, but they're probably super expensive rn. So in the meantime, I would love to know of an app that takes long exposures without trying to do any of the crazy upscaling stuff my phone's default camera app tries to pull lol

Lighting, but particularly the *weird quirks* of lighting, in principle. I’ve built up a large knowledge of how lighting works through writing shaders and software raytracers. I’ll often say stuff like “I need to add fresnel to this,” lol. In practice, though, I still have a lot to learn.
