These two bonds just happens to be offered together at Q3 Auction Day 3.

The cells I highlighted are essentially the interest rate the government is getting on its loans

Something is going on in Russia. I’m not sure what EXACTLY it is, and it could be several different things.

But they seem worried.

There isn’t any indication that they’re going to try for additional placements. Russia is taking tomorrow & Friday off, so these transactions may not go through until Monday.

I can tell you what we know so far.

Short update on the OFZ auctions:

In the auctions they placed about 89 billion rubles today. Which is a big day for them.

I need to investigate to see if it looks like there was an “additional placement” offered.

Our Ukrainian forces urgently need $120,000 for vital engineering equipment to secure positions, with only $20,000 raised so far. Excavators and cranes save manpower and keep troops safe. Please donate and share to help reach our goal! ⤵️
