🤣 No real secret. I would usually add a slice at the end of cooking so it would melt through. I’ve seen it suggested by some Korean chefs in the last few years so might just be a Korean thing? If I added an egg I’d also stir it through during the last couple minutes of cooking.

I would do egg or cheese, not typically both though. Also the cheese has to melt through entirely.
