E. Jason Gibbs is an internationally recognized field recordist, composer, and sound artist whose work has been published throughout the U.S, Britain, and the EU. He is also a founding member of Open Systems Studios in Portland, Maine.

🤣 No real secret. I would usually add a slice at the end of cooking so it would melt through. I’ve seen it suggested by some Korean chefs in the last few years so might just be a Korean thing? If I added an egg I’d also stir it through during the last couple minutes of cooking.
