I don't know yet.

Part of me is leaning towards a low dependency project, with more handcrafted solutions, but the other says I should try to get more experience with Daisy (and Ash).

Did my best to mirror what one would get from the project generator. Not too bad, though the static vendor JS stuff makes it feel noisier than it could be.

I feel like I'll be ripping out a lot of the core component stuff for a more handcrafted UI component system in the weeks ahead.

As a former host of tech meetups, Fridays (unless connected to a special event) were never prime time. Many people would rather be with their friends and family. Maybe we could draw some, but numbers always would be higher during the week.

An elderly couple sits together at a Phillies baseball game at Citizens Bank Park, overlooking the field from the outfield stands. They are wearing matching Phillies jerseys: the womanโ€™s reads โ€œTOGETHER 19โ€ and the manโ€™s reads โ€œSINCE 67,โ€ symbolizing they've been together since 1967. The stadium is packed with fans, and the Philadelphia skyline is visible in the background during sunset.

A four-panel black-and-white comic by Sarah Andersen titled โ€œSuddenly Finding a New Obsession.โ€

1.A person with messy hair and striped shirt blankly stares at a computer screen.

2. Their eyes widen in interest.

3. Now fully alert, their eyes bulge in amazement.

4. The character, now dressed in a frog costume, sits in a room filled with frog-themed decorations and toys, with a poster behind them that reads "I โ™ฅ Frogs."

๐Ÿ“•๐Ÿ’ฃ I finished chapter 8 of Designing Data-Intensive Applications. I paired my reading with the Oppenheimer soundtrack.

It was a bombastic match with the book reviewing the complex ways distributed systems can fail--from unreliable networks, unreliable clocks, and the complex concept of truth.

GitHub Copilot suggests sorting the entries in the extensions list of .vscode/settings.json alphabetically, changing the order from 'erlef', 'esbuild' to 'esbuild', 'erlef' for improved readability and maintainability.

This change would no longer make it alphabetical.

My idea is a customer success and communication tool. The thing I am uneasy about is analytics. So often, they are used invasively and without respect to the privacy rights of the end user. I question setting up camp in an environment where I see so many bad actors occupying.
