Tried out a thin crust recipe and went for a Thai Tom Yum vibe. I spent quite a bit of time mixing the sauce, even incorporating stock made from shrimp heads. #cooking #food #pizza

Went Thai flavors tonight – marinated them in fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and glazed with sweet chili sauce. I skipped cilantro though. I just can’t. #cooking
