MTG: But the real test will be whether the Department of Justice releases the files or whether it all remains tied up in investigations.
Will the CIA release the files?
Will a federal judge in New York release the information?
That's information that needs to come out.

MTG is blasting Trump

Under one version of the plan, which hasn’t been finalized, people who earn too much to qualify for subsidies would be mailed a one-time rebate check, according to a screenshot of the details that were at one point under consideration. CMS would spend up to $300 million on the rebates using fees paid by health insurers that sell plans on Healthcare.gov.

There's over 2.5 million ACA enrollees who earn over 400% FPL this year who would no longer be eligible for any tax credits at all. The actual number no longer eligible will likely grow to well over 3 million in January.

$300 million / 3 million would be around $100 apiece.

JUST IN: All eyes are on Senate Republicans to hold a vote and release the Epstein files to the people. Donald J trump is hoping this will work. A hold in the Senate means Trump will not sign or release the files, giving him even more reason not to.

My prediction on the Epstein files is that the House Republicans will pass the bill to release it, but the Senate Republicans will hold it up in a standstill deal. No vote will pass.

This is a man that a jury found liable for sexual assault a few years ago.
He calls it a democratic hoax and a hostile act.
He tried to get a congresswoman to flip. That didn't work.
