i kind of wish i had anxiety meds bc my day to day anxiety i can at least ignore it but when it hits. i almost had an anxiety attack yesterday bc i thought something happened to my bf (HES FINE) but im still working on managing those spikes myself.

i think the med combo is helping a little like despite the family stress and stuff going on i feel a lot lighter than i used to... i still have my mh stuff and i think they are making me more emotional but i feel a lot like.. like i said lighter n more open n my mind feels clearer

i need to get back into musicals i haveplasn to watch hadestown with friends when my schedule is less busy but theres so more i wanna revisit or watch and also discover. musicals will never be cringe to me i really love theater as an artform a lot...

A Poison Ocellate Octopus (Amphioctopus mototi) standing on some coral. Most of its arms are lifting its head and body up, but its two front arms are raised up with their ends curled, so it looks like its shaking its fists up at the sky. The octopus has an iridescent blue ring on the lower part of its head. It is a mix of orangish yellow and brown, with the curled tips of its arms being orangish yellow , and its head and mantle have brown stripes with yellow dots in between. One of the stripes passed through its eye, in line with its horizontal mantle. The coral it is on has lots of holes and it is yellow, although its is covered in lots of of grey stuff. You can see the dark grey coarse sand in the background.

please please be more passionate about what you like and create. i cannot count how many times i have seen people reflect on old art they made or interests they had and call it "cringe" so they can make fun of themselves and hope that instead of being laughed at, they can laugh with everyone.

because the fear of someone viewing their interests or art and thinking it's "cringe" can be avoided if they're the one to say it first.
