Weekend almost upon me 😴 got shifted around for more hours and adjusting has gotten me SWAMPED, got some things to look forward to coming up and I'm excited !!

Man I hate typos and being unable to fix them 😩

It is just disheartening seeing that behavior when we all need that support right now, especially children. Children make up 40% of SNAP recipients and most of, if not all the time, their first and only meals are from school so this extra support is so they have it further.

Been slightly stressed with volunteering after work recently seeing understandable we have more families needing support...just wish some didn't see it as a burden to ask for help? Or make comments about other families who on a daily basis need support.

For $3, they can provide 15 meals and what they can do with the money you might spend on a few cans can be converted to vastly more in fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy, or meat.

I love Rebecca DOWN. Known as Dollar Tree Dinners.

Her “Meal in a Bag” is meant to provide ppl with a complete meal that is $8 or less, is shelf stable, & can be made without access to a full kitchen. I love this as a direct aid option. Good for neighbors & elders who can’t/wont go to a pantry.
