I've heard the same locally. On the internet I'm just an account no one really knows so why trust me. At least in person I can have a real dialogue and talk to people about their concerns. Someone saying shit like Factory Fortress owns all fan art" is too much tho. What am I supposed to say to that?

People who know more and work in the industry have said as much. I just can't articulate, as a layman, why I think that is the case. Reading the words on the website I can understand confusion from people with the same level of legal understanding as me, it's just wild to say things so confidently.

Just Havin a Smoko mate
These 3 warbands here are done mostly with plastic kits that I smashed together or used almost whole. The ghosts are the simplest with most of them just being a head swap.
Good news! They are making plastics now for Trench Crusade so pretty soon you will be able to make an entire official plastic warband. In addition, I started by kitbashing plastic kits before the first Kickstarter. It's real fun to see what you can come up with.
