I made this a long time ago and I think people here will appreciate it.

N scale still exists, but it’s often too small to detail for most modellers compared to HO scale.

I forgot to mention: while Razz is a gay fruit for men, Rizz loves women but would also explode at the thought of an attractive lady perceiving her.

Something silly I made after spending time with our newest basset hound. After growing with basset hounds and dachshunds all my life, I find the "hound" part in hellhounds hard to be scary.

Plus, it's fun to draw Jane's dog again.

Razz (at right) poses with his alt-universe version, "Rizz" (at left). Rizz is also a pelagic thresher shark and features the same markings and colors as him, but their personalities and lives differ wildly. While Razz is a very socially outgoing boardwalk smoothie shop proprietor, Rizz (ironic to her own nickname) is a very shy and asocial shut-in who works from her basement studio apartment as an IT engineer. One might even say she has a talent for being invisible.

New warmup colored sketch today: a female version of Razz has entered the building! Her name is Isabelle, but her friends call her "Rizz" because she really has none as a very shy girl. She's originally based on a design by @bishoparrow.bsky.social and made for a good exercise.

Ho scale Pacific Electric 44 tonner by a cemetery next to a small birney trolley

PE 44 Tonner picking up an oil tanker, pole up. Pacific Electric actually ran freight service on their lines to supply industries away from a railhead. For the diesels, the pole did not provide power, it was just there for the signal system.

I feel like the arts in education are in the place that the trades were 20 or 30 years ago

being stripped of their equipment, spaces and honor... devalued in education due to being seen as "obsolete" when the material realities point to the fact that they are sorely needed

Photo taken at the Corona Model Railroad Society at Corona Heritage Park Museum in Corona, CA. The HO scale layout may be small for a club operation, but it features plenty of packed detailed scenery representing Fullerton, Riverside, and Corona as it appeared in 1949 with Santa Fe as the main operations and Union Pacific and Pacific Electric as the side operations. It's well worth a visit!
