Initial @campaignforthearts.org analysis suggests the #ScottishBudget is even better for arts and culture than the Government comms suggest. They are heralding a ยฃ34 million increase, but Arts spending will rise by ยฃ43m next year and the overall culture budget by ยฃ42m, according to Budget docs.
