happy to read 'fun' is the reaction! In the earlier draft Kae was too demure, so adjustments have been made.

I like that both of them are given the same amount of focus. Very good characters, each of them have a consistent quirk. Feels like I knew them from a wider world than this scene.

consentacles, damn. I love that, pure form and tangle.

Glad to hear. There's way too many arms to keep track of, but what bugs me the most is "will the thing behind, the volume we don't see, actually fit in there"? Floating paperdoll cutouts I've always struggled with, so I'm focusing on feeling the form. The viewer will forgive looser linework.
