Deeply honored to join Senator Kari Dziedzic’s family, friends, and community on October 1 for the dedication of the 10th Avenue Bridge in her memory. Though she is gone, her legacy of service, bridge-building across divides, and deep care for our community lives on.

Last night I joined the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office for their annual Promotion & Awards Ceremony.

This special event celebrates the accomplishments of the dedicated employees of the Sheriff's Office. I was honored to be a part of the evening and to recognize their service to our community.

Ways to help victims of the Annunciation Church mass shooting In the immediate aftermath of the mass shooting on Wednesday at Annunciation Church in Minneapolis, which left two children dead and 21 wounded, local leaders asked for prayers and community support.

We are sickened and heartbroken by the news coming out of south Mpls today regarding a mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church and School. We are praying for everyone impacted. There is no threat to the public at this time.
