With ice targeting in California farms, there's a real possibility that we start feeling. Food shortages is more important now than ever to know your neighbor. The internet adds a layer of depersonalization. Remember your neighbors are people and will hopefully remember acts of kindness.

Best I can do at the moment is just make sure that I know my neighbors despite their political leanings and when shit hits the fan on food shortages keep an open hand and offer help because that's what good people do.
