Alberta to draw up proposal for new oil pipeline to B.C. coast by May Province says it is proposing that the pipeline would extend to either Prince Rupert or Kitimat, B.C.

This proposal/tactic appears to be primarily political and performative. It is that because the last pipeline built in Canada required government ownership to get built. Moreover, we don’t see pipeline companies lined up to buy that pipeline.

Awesome. One of the courses I developed and then taught in the graduate school of public policy was strategic planning. I see this strategic approach in all of Carney’s defence and economic infrastructure actions. I am more than impressed. Will everything work out 100%? No. Adjust, adapt, act!
