๐ŸงตOne thing Iโ€™ll always remember from when mask mandates were dropped is how gleefully my colleagues at the time rushed back to normal.

I begged them to consider what it meant for high risk folks like me.

CIDRAP Op-Ed: The COVID vaccine myocarditis signal was real but is now resolved. ACIP's March agenda pretends otherwise.

My latest @cidrap.bsky.social op-ed: The mRNA COVID vaccine myocarditis signal was real. The system caught it. Since 2022, no updated formulation has triggered a significant myocarditis signal.
ACIP's March agenda is premised on a risk its own data say has resolved

The COVID-19 picture in the U.S. hasnโ€™t changed much over the last month: national disease levels are declining, but very slowly, as some parts of the country remain disease hotspots even as we head into the spring. Flu is similarly still at high levels. bit.ly/4sktidd

Prevent Birth Defects . Take Folic Acid. Itโ€™s important to get enough folic acid daily, starting at least one month before becoming pregnant and continuing throughout the pregnancy, to prevent serious birth defects in the babyโ€™s brain and spine.

Some foods have folic acid, but the simplest way to make sure you get enough is to take a vitamin that has folic acid every day. Talk to your doctor to find the right vitamins for you.

The Public & many healthcare staff were led to believe that FRSM surgical masks worked but they are inadequate for an airborne infection because they have gaps, they do not seal to the face. The evidence in the covid inquiry shows that they knew covid was airborne from the outset.
