I used to think the BB Blockbuster was a great twist but now I think it’s just causing the game to stagnate and become boring. No one wants to make big moves because they are worried about potentially having three people pissed at them instead of two #bb27

The movies are hit or miss but they really do help fill in some blanks and are important to watch. They are just becoming a lot harder to track down and watch

And the acting while they got their footing with the characters and whoever they hired to go nuts with the synthesizer for the music

I want to preface this by saying I love Babylon 5. I love the setups and payoffs and continuity and character complexities.

That being said doing a rewatch and it’s ROUGH. It is definitely a product of it’s time

It really only worked as a concept as the anthology show it was intended to be and not what it morphed into. I hate how the writers absolutely refused to spread the story around to the other characters so they could have a chance to shine

I think one of my biggest problem with Discovery is how poorly fleshed out the characters are. I can name every single bridge character on all the shows before Discovery. I couldn’t name the bridge crew on Discovery if my life depended on it
