It's not too late to get the flu vaccine. I am seeing patients who are down (and out of work) for 2 weeks with the influenza; guess who MEANT to get the vaccine? Yep. Those patients. It's a gnarly one this year. If you can afford to be out of work for 2 weeks, I want your job and salary.

I suspect the drones are a social experiment to see how long it takes for the American people to become complacent and accept being monitored.

Spent a total of 3 hours oh telephone over 2 days for Medicaid denial of Molnupiravir for patient (needs to be started in 5 days) since medication to medication contraindication for Paxlovid. THEY could have done a check and seen this, but no. Waste my time!

I don't get the resistance to Universal healthcare in the US. The system can't get any more broken than it already is, but trying to take a way the right to pay more for less care is like taking candy away from a 2 year old with tooth decay.

MyChart messages are going to be what causes PCPs to quit. I spent a total of 90 minutes of back and forth with a patient today about normal urine results. She then wants a referral without her making an appt because she saw a different provider 2 days ago. My time shouldn't be paid? No effing way.

Today's kid moment: "School is going great. I only got 1 day of suspension instead of 2!"
