So the UN is calling the Regime's missile strikes on fishing boats "crimes against humanity". So now the International Criminal Court needs to draw up charges against the Regime. Not only with the missile strikes, what they are doing with ICE & Federal agents is also "crimes against humanity".

The entire criminal Trump administration should be on trial at the Hague, for crimes against humanity.

The U.S. never ratified the treaty that created and authorized the ICC. Worse, U.S. policy (and law) actively limits cooperation with the treaty. So there is no higher authority than the other, purportedly co-equal, branches of our own government. Unless/until they act, he has immunity (b/c SCOTUS).

I call it outrageous that the Trump regime is apparently immune from prosecution for its crimes.

Duterte is now in The Hague for summarily killing people in his own ‘war on drugs’ when he was president. But as I understand it, the ICC can never touch Trump, Hegseth, Miller or Vance?

It's pretty incredible how quickly trump went from "give me a Nobel peace prize" to "I'm going to force a war via extrajudicial killings to create a reason to suspend elections"

Every Republican in Congress that is letting this happen unchecked and unchallenged should be held just as accountable as the president and his administration!!! I say the GQP, because THEY currently hold the reins of power - NOT the Democrats.
