I got a new watch today and the 26 migration wizard permanently told me to continue setup on the watch when it hadn't even copied the update. It refused to transfer cellular "due to an internal error". This is the 26 experience when you pay Apple for a brand new product - total garbage.

Liquid Farce is the worst interface that Apple have made in the post-X era from a usability perspective. Also Tahoe doesn't have anything seriously wrong with it, but has an overwhelming amount of little broken things. Avoid it for now.

V-Spooler revenue down massively still, my manufacturing partner and I believe the primary cause is IP theft by people in China selling my work illegally on Walmart, Alibaba, Aliexpress, Amazon........

Apparently Shapr3D have added AI augmentation to CAD previews, so here is the back/side view of a little robot I am working on.

These are the ones I have, a few different colour types. I checked and these specific ones are not listed on Alibaba any more by the seller I got them from.

There is only an outer black silicone layer to burn away above the solid coloured bit underneath, no trickery here really.

They come out super nice after a quick clean with isopropanol to remove the residue.

Need a new watch strap, so out with those Alibaba straps that have been in a cupboard for uh, at least a year...

I ran a stress test this evening and with whatever the default AIO pump and CPU fan settings are in EFI I can not get the CPU above 79C.

It's in and working! Shame I do not have a matching fan (yet) so a temporary Noctua in place. No drama here, perfect fit (phew!).

Running the rig on the bench to help bleed the air out. I am using the Eisbaer Pro Aurora (Solo) as it looks cool and has a pump to tick the AIO boxes.

One downside to the part is there is not a gasket to mount to the case included, and is kind of needed as the plugs mean you can not mount it flush. Easily solved by 2 mins in Shapr3D...

On my quest to get two GPUs in a Lian Li O11D Evo RGB I need some custom cooling. I got bits from @alphacool.com so I can cool an angry Ryzen on a 120mm fan mount. Here is the main feature - 80mm deep radiator sized for a 120mm fan mount.

Using Claude 4 via the Copilot extensions seems to be the best way forward I have found so far!

I should say I did test this on Linux and macOS and both are as bad, even on a fresh boot with nothing else running and all the other VSCode plugins disabled.
