Supposedly there have been teens who enter the store right after adults who use a credit card. Then the teen hands a bunch of snacks or drinks to friends standing outside the gate and then everything was charged to the adult’s credit card. Don’t think this would work if the store is staffed.

Might be headed to Magic Mountain Fright Fest tonight. Never been there for Halloween events before.

Last year went to Scary Farm most Thursday nights but my work at home day got changed. Sunday days are def. a lot busier than Thursday days.

Thank you. I don’t know what the person ended up doing, but more people recommended going straight to the GhostRider mazes.

I appreciate the rule of thumb for busy nights like Saturdays (almost all my visits will be on Sundays).

But someone else said it was really crowded tonight, so if you want to do the new mazes best to go there first before the lines get really long.

Maybe by 12:30 or 1 am the lines will have died down somewhat?

Someone asked in a FB Scary Farm group what strategy they should use tonight if they were arriving early.

I replied if they were staying late, to avoid crowds and start with the less popular mazes like Chilling Chambers or Origins, and head to the GhostRider area around 9:30 or 10 pm.

I’m not familiar with young actors today, but I’m certain they could find the right person. #TOSSatNight

On opening night this year, had a pretty bad experience at Mrs Murphy's. Not enough food, long wait times to sit down, just a handful of monsters roaming around.

Or was it because of opening night? Have things been better since week one? Going back for Boo-fet on October 12th and 19th.

Can someone recommend Mrs Knott's vs Mrs Murphy's Kitchen for the Boo-fet?

Had only good experiences at the Chicken Dinner Restaurant in 2023 and 2024 in early/mid October.

Knott's Scary Farm sliders and monsters rush into the crowd during the opening ceremony on Sunday night, September 28th.

New slider sweatshirt ($45?) and t-shirt ($30) during the past week at the Legacy Haunt store for Knott's Scary Farm. I also saw this in Virginia's outside the park.

Was taking video with no flash and holding the phone at chest level and not holding up the line and didn't hear anything at Origins, Grimoire, or Cinema Slasher when I had my phone out.

It's been reported that photos & videos are no longer allowed inside Knott's Scary Farm mazes.

Last night I was told by employees at the entrances to Mesmer, Eight Fingers Nine, and Bloody Mary last night that I had to put my phone away.

Was told last night that there are no monsters in the Haunt Legacy store at Knott's Scary Farm past about 10 or 10:15. Was there around 11 and heard this from the employee there. If you want to see and meet monsters inside the store, go early.

Back at Knott's Scary Farm for round two in 2025. No Boo-fet today so will see the opening ceremony and probably do mazes in reverse order. Hoping to stay late enough for The Zoo with lights off.

I'm waiting near the security entrance now for Scary Farm entrance. Planning to try out your non-early entrance strategy. Logistically it makes a lot of sense.

Technically after the battle, Dr. McCoy didn't know if Spock had killed Kirk or not until he was able to take him to sickbay on the Enterprise.

According to the Enterprise Incidents podcast, the Vulcan wedding party was originally scripted to arrive by hovercraft (too expensive), then by motor sedan (😂), then settled on walking and carrying T'Pau on a litter. #TOSSatNight

I believe the young actress playing young T'Pring was fairly sick when she had to take these photos.

Also, the production saved money by not creating a Vulcan ear for the unseen side of her face in the photo.

Why doesn't every doctor's office have a rotating examination platform like the one in Enterprise's sickbay?

According to The Enterprise Incidents podcast guys, producing this Spock-centered episode and having it be the first aired episode of the 2nd season was a tribute by the producers and network to the popularity of the Spock character among the fandom.

Thank you for your public service. Planning a possible trip in October now that my Knott's Gold Pass works at SFMM and the ticket to do mazes is an extra $30 or so.

I asked about this in a facebook Scary Farm group and heard conflicting accounts. Mostly sounds like a ban on taking videos, not uniformly enforced.

More photos of the new Monrovia In 'n' Out.

Today was the grand opening of the new In 'n' Out restaurant in Monrovia. Been watching the building being constructed for the past six months.

Couldn't take the day off so I wasn't the first customer, but my daughter and I did eat there on opening day.

I was looking to check out your maze strategy and noticed that you had updated the guide for 2025. I'll send a few dollars your way this week.

The restaurant in the park is called Mrs. Murphy's Kitchen (formerly Spurs). Also, there is an unadvertised slider show in Camp Snoopy at 10:30 pm nightly.
