The Walmartification of Christian music happened decades ago. That shift occurred the minute the CCM industry decided that “worship” was something that could be genre-fied and marketed.

This is the pink slime stage of that process.

Holy crap, that’s awesome and humbling. I’d love to know what their feedback on that was. It would be helpful to get external perspectives of how it comes across, if it resonates, etc.
