What is this rulebook you speak of please? Does it tell me in great detail what to do? Are you meant to be given one because I've been winging it these eight years and think I missed mine?! 😆
I'm so thankful for the NHS, I could cry.
Was able to walk into the eye hospital, be treated by the kindest of staff & walk out whilst not having to pay (at point of service).
Many will say it's not perfect. Maybe it's not. But as an American living here, I don't take it for granted. I'm so grateful
