if your talking about urban rescue ranch its like a running joke on his videos to have absurd click bait

Oh no rtx hdr is doing exactly what it should here any thing near perfect white is going to drive the monitor towards its max brightness which in my case is like 1150 nits, sl normally in sdr without rtx hdr is fine and won’t go over the base 250 nits like most monitors so it’s working as intended

i did this to play around and logged in with glowy plants around and was like ooo thats neat then i turned around and the sun made me wince in pain lol (my monitor is HDR-1000 and my room was dark)

They blocked me for showing them they were wrong the other day lol

what are you even going on about like what glow, this is probes and lights setup to match the lights on the ceiling so not even ideal and mixed PBR and legacy mats and its not dark nor glowing it looks fine funny thing is if i log in to a old viewer it will be darker because the probes fill the room

also i know the probe is not playing nice with the windows i quickly set it up in like 20 secs to make the example

to those complaining about PBR being dark this is a linden home with a probe at 2 ambiance to remove the WindLights effect on the inside of the house before and after putting one point light in the center of the room at default settings (which is way to bright)
