That depends on time of day, i've definately gotten instant queues on Dynamis during peak time (though thats when ive been tank or healer)... I'm unsure if theres any housing outside of Dynamis on the NA servers.
If you do decide to move to Dynamis, youd need to bare in mind the "busy" servers are all full housing wise, you may want to get a house on Golem and just DC visit Faerie do to content and such that don't need you to own a house.
