Sorry to hear it's gotten that bad - one of my (many) meds also has this effect! I find it's bad enough managing during the day, but I feel like some kind of gum guard at night may have to be the solution for me

Hey Mel! I found the core of it interesting but there are many dull / crass layers surrounding it, which are definitely there by design but still push you out a little bit? I know others have found it v profound and/or unsettling and I wasn't quite there, but am glad I read it.
