The right Medical Director helps a lot. Stupid, but when a MD calls a MD sometimes stuff happens. "Oh really? I didn't know my patient was calling 5x/week because her pain meds aren't working."

I probably set some kind of record with APS filings and emails to our Medical Director.... but..... we got a few people the actual help they needed. It takes some work, but less work than 10 calls to the same address.
