Federal employees are required to exclusively seek relief through the MSPB and without a quorum the Board is unable to issue final decisions in whistleblower retaliation cases. What message does that send? Hint: it’s intentional.

The removal of Cathy Harris from the MSPB creates a crisis for federal employee whistleblowers and our government.

Once again, the Merit Systems Protection Board lacks a quorum to decide any federal employee or whistleblower retaliation cases.
