Most what what I do is cardiovascular which is also burning calories. I can do press up if I want to put them in the mix my legs build up pretty fast

I don't really do gym work, much now I'm not looking to build up some this when I was younger.

So a stone a year 14 pounds.

But this was only cycling and swimming. Nothing to hard on the body. When I cycle train normally warmer weather i do a 12 mile round trip and I'm timing myself.
The fastest I've done this was 40 min. No peddle assists just me and my legs.
But you build up to this.
Some day you need bigger portions, on this days do this.
Then cut right back the next day.
I never knew went on a diet.
Just cut back on foods and stopped drinking fuzzy pop.
And lots of water.
Oh course I had to do some exercising to build up my metabolism to burn food faster.
If perfect weight.

I just cut back the next day. And carry on.
Yes I lost 7 half stone. Went from nearly 17 stone down to 9 half.
But was still small for my build so back at 12 12 half which for my
Stake every now and then will not hurt your diet.
Diets don't really work.
Balancing weight gain and weight lose does.
If I know I'm eaten lots the day before I cut back on how much I eat the next day. Giving my body time to burn calories.
