The ackie monitor (Varanus acanthurus) is a small species of monitor lizard native to parts of western, northern, and central Australia. Occupying rock crevices, outcrops, and burrows, these active foragers will hunt insects, small reptiles, and mammals as part of their diet. π¦πͺ²
