So fortunate this morning to spend a couple of hours with Keiko Tanaka, founder of Rafiq (a refugee support NGO) in Osaka in the company of long time Sanctuary Runner Hirohiko Katayama.
We spoke of their work and the huge difficulties faced by refugees in Japan. Learned so much. #Solidarity

At the post race party Bianca's eyes lit up as she spotted the medal and without a moments hesitation Fรฉidhlim presented it to her.
