It’s mostly the rent increase, idk why I’d be asked to move esp when I pay rent super early lol. But the low rent I pay (+ no utilities) and incredible location like I cannot express how lucky I am to have this place l. One of those things if you ever see it you’d understand

My lease expires in December and I haven’t heard anything about needing to move…. So…. Hoping it’ll just go month to month indefinitely with no rent increase 😔
