I’d never really felt that looking at Twitter/ X was affecting my mood but after making the move here and actually seeing all the sound people I originally interacted with over there and no bots and Temu ads, my mood is noticeably better today.

Ask your GP for a test or buy a cheap PSA test online.

Please, there is zero fucking point in dying because you can't be bothered to do a simple test.
