My feed is overrun with organizational posts from the Outdoor Swimming Society, Rachel Maddow, etc. coupled with people's re-posts of lots of politically oriented articles. Where are my actual friends? Is anyone here on BlueSky doing anything interesting? I'd love to hear from you! ❤️

Only hit and miss. I put my BlueSky ID out on FB hoping that people might find me here, but I'm only connected to a very few so far. I search for people, but unless they've already input their actual name my searches come up empty. Hard to get a critical mass. But I'm going to keep trying!

Hi John, thanks for posting some real pics! I'm trying to figure out how to make BlueSky useful to me. I wish there was more news from the people I know and care about and less re-posting of recirculated "stuff". Thanks for contributing; I'm going to try harder. Cheers to you!
