I like it when the kids take space back. Someone made a goal on an end terrace opposite a no ball games sign. There is a park aimed at teens near me too. There was a big climbing structure with proper holds but they all got taken off for whatever reason and now it just has trash graffiti over it.

Last time I saw they had made £750 for THE SANEER PROJECT. There are 76 tracks and maybe more on the way. So many gems. My favourites so far include: Operation Spanner, Jenna Balf (no relation), Sarah Marsh, Wren Adobe, Bridle, TVO, Pale World, Armed Insurgent. So many different vibes.

I’ve mostly been ill and making noise projects all holidays so far. I think my kids captured me well. I have been trying to get “wel sane” for ages but thank you for the encouragement.

We’ve made a final track for our tape. A noise track with a cheeky bird sound made into a rave melody which is an ode to the resilience and charming nature of one of the best birds around called PUFFIN’. If we can pull it off we might be getting it mastered by an absolute underground legend.

Last proper day at work today. Summer is here, so is the rain. A training day and planning time kinda turned into running a kids club. Not really what I signed up for. Summer off. The rest is September’s problem.
