Seems like Elons baby disagrees with Elon as well.
I can approve the AI not being censored if someone would actually go through and verify that this is the result of removing some biases, it will still need to be handheld somewhat, but I do think the intense censoring of other models are currently too extreme.
21.02.2025 08:56 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0So I went back to twitter to have a look due to the new xAi. Tested the twitter deepseek thing on musk. I am actually kind of impressed: x.com/i/grok/share...
TL;DR:
β¦Based on this analysis, of Elon Muskβs last 1,000 tweetsβ¦ I estimate 80 tweets are trueβfactually accurate or verifiable statements
Happy new years everyone!
01.01.2025 21:17 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Dont worry about that my friend. I look forward to your posts, but I think everyone is busy these days at the end of the year, I barely even use my phone now, much less social networks.

11.12.2024 06:33 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Fair, it helped me chew through a lot more books in a year as well. But i only do fiction in audiobook format. I love me a good book to learn from too, but mostly in the hands on format.

Do I want to be shut down? No, but am I capable of making a difference for people that are important in my life? Yes!
AI barely know what people are..

03.12.2024 00:26 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Had a few discussions that start off good and end with ad hominem when they have nothing more to add. Considering just making a list called ad hominem lol.
02.12.2024 09:27 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This. I've thought about this a ton, and I've come to firmly believe the solution to AI scraping lies in legal, not technical, measures. Adding limitations to who can access websites undermine the fundamental principles of the open web. When you lock AI out of the web, you end up locking up the web.
01.12.2024 21:55 β π 78 π 11 π¬ 1 π 0As a developer, I agree
01.12.2024 23:56 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Hope that made you feel better. Have a good rest of your weekend.
01.12.2024 21:24 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I just donβt get your replies/arguments, so you just keep on doing what you want to do. First you want to do one thing thats illegal, then another. Dont really see how that affects any of the arguments in this thread. Then you try to get a rise out of me by going after me instead of the argument π€·ββοΈ
01.12.2024 21:13 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0You do you.
01.12.2024 21:06 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Most attempts to make the web harder to scrape will also make it less accessible. Hard to prevent static analysis without also breaking screen readers
01.12.2024 19:15 β π 905 π 71 π¬ 29 π 6Legality of piracy varies from country to country, but piracy is usually illegal but rarely enforced.
01.12.2024 20:28 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0And as you know, morals are subjective, hence why legality of it is what matters. It might be shady as I said, but nothing is universally moral or immoral. Your argument is many things are legal that is not moral, but that statement is subjective and hard to enforce.
01.12.2024 20:27 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Iβm not going to stop you and I am not here to judge you. You do you. Vote with your wallet and ballots.
01.12.2024 20:22 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Its legally not theft at the moment, does that need to change? Probably. But I am not going to think of it as theft before it actually has any legal feet to stand on. It might be shady, but not theft.
01.12.2024 20:10 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Agree with most of what you are saying, although a lot of non-profit and open source research is being done on AI. Itβs not all for profit, so putting all of the research under the same label is unfair and harmful. Companies should have stronger regulations imposed on them, on that I agree.
01.12.2024 02:54 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0A lot of open source research is being done to figure out where we can benefit from AI. You read about the giants like gemini, open ai, claude etc. but AI is so much more than the AIs you get information about from mainstream media and marketing companies.
01.12.2024 02:50 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0How to sift out the data that people are ok with sharing is the important bit here. Firehose in itβs current iteration makes it impossible for people to have a say in how the data is used, users need to be aware of that.
01.12.2024 02:50 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Its worse than that, it makes it impossible to guard users from it, as it feeds every post, consent or not. AI by itself is not unethical, and the research is important and very ethical. AI /could/ be the cure for cancer, and its no joke.
