It’s all so dumb. They’re like “if we were healthier we’d be healthier why won’t anyone believe us!!” No one disagrees that eating right and exercising are good but lord will that not cure a cancer.

Still very complex and confusing, but no longer an absolute enigma. Lots of treatments in the pipeline and lots of cancers are curable that once were not. But it’s always going to be an awfully tricky class of diseases.

It's like, "Oh, you think that a special tea will undo a TMPRSS2–ERG fusion that just gave a prostate cancer cell all the tissue-invading abilities of a hyperactive blood vessel? Let me know how that works out."

I tell you what, learn a little bit about cancer and people who think you can cure cancer with diet or supplements do look very silly. This is why cancer biologists have such a hard time not being snarky.

1. Stuff I know how to do and get me in a flow (like my mars video this week)

2. Stuff I have scheduled and so am simply going to do because it’s on the schedule.

Been pulling myself up out of a well of not feeling motivated for a few weeks now. It's amazing how much I've gotten done in that time, but it's been WORK.
