We can start by writing to the vo division and tell them we want a union dubbing agreement with Amazon.

The trouble is, the VO department can certainly reach out to them, but if they feel they can still get actors to work non-union, they'll probably leave SAG-AFTRA on read and nothing will happen.

I'd recommend making a Google doc demanding a union contract and get as many dubbing actors to sign it as possible. That's ammo the vo division can use.
